Ryan C. Cmejrek's Online Review Report Card

Don’t EVER go to Ryan. He is one of the worst doctors I’ve ever seen and does not care about his patients. I’ve had an issue with my mouth and tongue since October 2020 that is unbearable. He came in looked at me and said I’m fine and pointed me towards the door and told me I did not even need a FOLLOW UP. Now after seeing Dr. Smith in Dyer who is great, said he didn’t know what to do and pointed me towards Chicago or Indianapolis where I hope to get real answers and problems solved. Just please don’t go to Ryan! Find another ENT who will truly care for their patients or at least tell them if they don’t know the answer.

No I will not recommend him to my family and friends, he is too arrogant. I ask for Dr Han and was given this nasty DR, who wanted me to show him that I have had 3 surgeries, all DOCTERS know when any precedures are done in the hospital they are consider surgery for insurance purpose,this man talk to me like I was a deaf person. I heard you loud and clear, I want take your nasty attitude

The office wait time is a little long, but is well worth it! Dr. Cmejrek is a brilliant mind ans is quite knowledgeable. His staff and he are very professional! He is actually there to provide necessary care and to not just blow smoke. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Cmejrek. He is trustworthy and I am confident in his care and expertise wholeheartedly! He is AWESOME!!!

Dr Cmejrek and his office staff is the worst around. They dropped the ball on my husband's care numerous times. He was originally scheduled for allergy skin testing. Office messed up not realizing his current meds and had to cancel. Ordered a RAST test instead which is hardly accurate. Husband had CT ordered, staff insisted he get it done at Franciscan Health only to have to have entire CT repeated at their office to map out sugery markings. Office is not very accomodating. Will never return.

I went to Dr Cmejrek for a second opinion and was glad I did. He reviewed my CT scan with me and we decided together what the best course of action would be moving forward. The first surgeon I saw was going to do needless surgery on me and told me there would be no other option. Thank goodness for honest doctors like Dr Cmejrek who take the sensible approach. I feel comfortable knowing I'm not being rushed into surgery. The staff was also fantastic and kind.

At first I was impressed as the Dr seemed to know what he was doing. I told him my nose was tightly plugged with mucous. Then he stuck a scope up my nose to "take a look" but removed it quickly because he couldn't see anything due to the thick mucous. DUH? He gave me some medicine that didn't clear me up but made my sinus drier and stuffier. Then he charged $500.00 for the scope. Of course I did not go back.
