The doctor didn't listen to anything I had to say and basically brushed me off. All of the staff was rude.Would NOT recommend.

I was at this doctors office, with my mother and this clinic is just awful dirty, no professionalism, doctor Ali is just yelling at MA'S in front of people. So ignorant and does not listen to the patients. I wish I could give a big fat O. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

Excellent service provider. She is the primary care physician of my parents. She treated my father’s COVID in a highly effective manner and did a fantastic job at managing my mother’s diabetes. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Ali is thorough, caring, conscientious, and by far one of the best doctors I've ever seen. By taking the time properly analyze my symptoms and then sending me for the correct tests she saved my life. It was found later that I had a abdominal mass that did not cause me any pain or other symptoms, I did have some mild pre-menopause issues. Dr Ali ordered an ultrasound to make sure there were no other issues, thank goodness because that's how the mass was found. I was sent to a specialist and once I was in surgery it was determined that I had a rare appendix cancer. I had an appendectomy and a hysterectomy. All surgeons involved basically said I was lucky to be alive and all credit to my Doctor for catching it. She will be my forever doctor!

Dr. Ali is everywhere and no where all at once, was like a goose chase trying to get a hold of her for an important refill. Finally at the end of the day I tracked her down and was told they would refill my prescription only for it to not happen. Wound up in urgent care. Receptionists were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was in tears over this awful experience.

I Did not see the Dr,I saw 2 different nurse practitioners.Confusing and difficult dealings with the receptionists is the reason I will not return.

This doctor left the practice with absolutely no written notice to her patients. I found out by word of mouth, and confirmed when I called the office for prescription refills. When I asked the office staff why I was not notified, staff replied, "we don't have to notify you". I can see why the doctor left if she had to work with staff like that. Regardless, it was a horrible way to leave her patients stranded without a doctor ( wait time to see another doctor as a new patient is approximately 45-60 days, and much farther away ).

Dr. Ali is by far the best Doctor I have ever seen. I feel very comfortable with her and very confident with her diagnostics. The community of Rensselaer is very saddened to have lost such an amazing doctor to relocation. I will be making the drive to see her at her new practice as others will be too, I am sure. Highly recommend!
