The whole surgery experience was slow. She and the rest of staff lacked compassion and did not show any type of caring. I hope she has better hands than feelings.

Does not care about patients. A procedure is money. Bad outcomes and shrugs it off to "that is normal".

I had surgery October 2015, after the surgery the Dr never came to see me or when I went back to her for the post op appt. It took me over 8 wks to start feel better pain was excruciating after the surgery going up my right side like I never had before.' After 10 weeks I started to have the same hernia pain attacks I was getting originally. When I went to see her she said it "was normal", and that if I got the pain again, to not come in, to just call and ask for # pain management. Still same.

When my 92 year old mother developed an inguinal hernia, we were all worried about the prospect of surgery, because of her age. Dr. Lankford was professional in assessing my mother's health, and informative and reassuring to us. She performed the surgery efficiently and well, minimizing the time under anesthesia. My mother has recovered quickly, with very little pain or scarring at the incision site. The whole family are pleased with the surgery and with Dr. Lankford, especially my mother!
