Huey Nguyen's Online Review Report Card

Dr Nguyen saved my life. I was so very ill and he seriously encouraged me to care for my health. He is a very kind man and I enjoy catching up with him and his family life during my yearly appointment. His concern for his patients is life changing.

I've never been in such pain with my stomach before and Dr.Nguyen managed to squeeze me in to get a procedure today that has honestly made me feel so much better. I'm forever thankful!! 10/10

I had an appointment with Dr. Nguyen earlier this year. It was a horrible experience. The Dr. did not listen to what I was telling him about the problem I was having and the area of the pain. He then began pushing around saying I had a hernia. He pushed so hard, not once but twice, to the point I now have pain where he pushed and having indigestion. This doctor is definitely not one I will go back to see. I need to see a doctor that could pinpoint what did Dr. Nguyen do you cause me this constant pain.

Dr. Nguyen diagnosed me with Chrons when other Drs hadn't for years before. He can sometimes seem abrupt but I have found him to be an excellent Dr. He took the time to talk to my family and explain what was going on when I had to have part of small bowel removed. When I had trouble with insurance approving meds his office was very helpful.

I couldn’t have been more excited for my appointment because I was awaiting test results. This Doc was assigned to me from Baptist Floyd.Dr. Huey T. Nguyen MD - Gastroenterology Has NO BED SIDE MANNERS!! Rude! He walks out of the examination room finishing a sentence I didn’t get to hear. Never going back to this guy! No thank you!!

love this dr. he knew what I had when I walked in the door and stays on top of it for me. also take my mom and son to him.

other dr in practice kept telling me I didn't have chrons and another dr not in that practice had also said it was only ibs when dr nguyen said I did. finally had to have surgery have small bowel resection. surgeon said was clearly chrons and dr nguyen was right all along. he sometimes can be abrupt but has treated me well.

He has no bedside manner at all. His social skills are terrible. He is one of those Dr’s that is so smart but doesn’t relate to people he is treating.

I have had several colonoscopies in the past for cancer prevention measures. This Doctor left me full of air that hurt for two days after procedure. I typically have no issues at all after this procedure. I believe he was just in a hurry to get me out of the procedure room. He was also rude to my wife after the procedure with no time for proper Q&A. I will use this facility again, but NEVER this doctor. The Anesthesiologist team was awesome, and I really enjoyed their team. Facility was too!

After only doing a colonoscopy, he said my husband must just have IBS. He missed the fact that my husband had both a major small intestine issue that required surgery a few weeks later and celiac's disease.
