Dr Crase, is very thoughtful, and considerate of my husband and me....as we are 84 years old. Have no complaints...the new office which includes many other doctors, Is a good thing. They are open for long hours, and on Saturdays and Some Hours on Sundays I think.

Don't go to this location if you actually desire to talk to a doctor or nurse. Every time I call the nurses line and leave a message it takes days to call me back. It took almost 7 days for my Covid test to come back so there is that too. Save your self some headache and pick another office.

I have been a patient of Dr Crase for many years. He is an excellent doctor. He actually sits and talks with you and takes his time with each and every patient.

I started seeing Dr.Crase when I found out I was pregnant, at the age of 17. He has been my Doctor ever since +I am now 37 years old). He is an AWESOME Doctor and truly cares about his patients. He talks to me like a normal human being, not like I am a Doctor myself and in technical medical terms, I guess you could say he "dumbs it down" so I understand. He is down to earth, honest, and blunt. He DOES NOT sugar coat things, which is something I greatly appreciate about him. His staff is FREAKING AWESOME too. They all have a way of making you feel comfortable and like you have known them for years. What more can I say... THEY ARE ALL FREAKING AWESOME AT WHAT THEY DO AND THEY LOVE WHAT THEY DO... IT SHOWS EVERYTIME I WALK INTO THE OFFICE FOR AN APPOINTMENT.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Crase for years after having to change doctor’s from Dr. Croft. Due to not needing to see a doctor between his time at Floyd Memorial (Baptist Floyd) and their current office I missed my opportunity to continue seeing Croft. Dr. Crase is always professional and his nursing staff is very friendly and helpful.
