Dr Kay Lowney should be nominated for Sainthood.She is kind, COMPASSIONATE, empathetic, knowledgeable, and humble. Questions both simple and complex are met with incredible patience, understanding, and experience based knowledge. Our entire family sees her and the care we receive is entirely tailored to each one of us and our specific needs. Not once have I felt like we are getting a blanket statement or general solution. If she does not have the answer, she is humble enough to say “we will find it” instead of giving a generic treatment. We would drive to Colorado once a month to remain in her practice if she decided to move; her care is unmatched. #LowneyForPresident

If Mister Rogers and Mother Teresa had a baby... That baby would be named Kay Lowney and grow up to be the best damn doctor in the state of Indiana... Kidding but also not kidding... Our whole family goes to Dr Lowney's office and I could not be more at ease knowing whatever comes up she has their best interest in mind. Thank you Dr Lowney for all that you do.

I usually enjoy coming here and usually they have friendly staff. But I just got off the phone trying to make an appointment and the person I talked to seemed annoyed at my call. This is a medical facility and any patient who calls or comes through deserves the most patience and kindness because they’re there for an ailment.

Just tried to take my wife to Express Care (shares the same office as Kay Lowney), and was told that my wife could not be seen because she had been dismissed as a patient from Kay Lowney.My wife has been suffering from pain and fever for days, and we drove an extra 20 minutes to come to this location out of loyalty to who we thought was our family doctor. We received no notice that my wife was being dismissed from Kay Lowney’s practice.Ironically enough, I was not dismissed, though I will never be going back to Kay Lowney for any of my medical needs, as I cannot be sure I will be able to be seen in the future.

Love this practice. Dr Lowney is kind, smart and efficient.

Dr Lowney has been very helpful and accommodating in trying to get to the bottom of my son's illness. She is very smart, however never condescending. My favorite thing about this practice is that if you email with a question, you will get an answer, grom the Dr, in a very reasonable amount of time.

I love Dr. Lowney. She is clearly knowledgable and truly cares for her patients. She is an amazing doctor who is the best in her field.
