This office has good doctors and nurses, however the administrative staff hassles the customer each time we visit by requiring to see our insurance information EACH AND EVERY TIME WE HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. They are the only physicians office I see that requires this needless bureaucratic behavior. It really makes me believe that their competency is lacking.

Had a interview For the Call Center on september 8th they acted like they were interested in me they said they would give me a call to let me know if they wanted to offer me the position or if they pass. I never got a call so I reached out the the HR Lady Misty Kurz Left her Voicemails and here it is october 19th and still no call email or nothing. if they were not interested they should have contacted me like they said they would and not ignore my phone calls or voicemails.

Nothing but great vibes from the doctor and staff. Dr. Seyal is the best. After having two other podiatrist that were horrible it is great to have one who cares and cures you. She is the best. 8 stars for her

Dr. Seyal has been amazing from the first visit with my daughter. She listened to our concerns, gave her recommendations and didn’t try to push anything on us that we weren’t ready for. Surgery was the last resort. We were informed from start to finish about the process and what was going to happen. She was so gentle with her for her post op. We still have a was to go with recovery but I couldn’t be happier with her. Her nurse Autumn is amazing as well. She’s so sweet and accommodating. The girls at the front could use some customer service/patient care refresh classes. But overall happy with the ones handling my daughters care. Highly recommend!!!

Dr seyal was great. BUT… the other staff were clueless on everything. My husband went in for his appointment on Tuesday, August 10. We waited over an hour to see the doctor, which I understand they may have been busy. The doctor came in and did her exam and told us what we needed to do. She wanted my husband to start wearing a night brace and she wanted to get his feet scanned for orthotics. The nurse came in after the doctor and was exiting us from the office. I told her that the doctor wanted us to wear her night brace and that the nurse was supposed to get it. Well, they didn’t have his size. So we couldn’t get it that day. We had to come back. (Nor did she scan his feet.)Wednesday, August 11th, I (WIFE) get a call… was told they ordered the night brace and we could get it Thursday.Thursday, august 12th…. I called that morning. I asked if it was in. They said not until about 4. Ok. Fine. 330pm comes, I get a call from the office that husbands brace is ready. I TOLD THE NURSE, ok, I will be in soon to pick it up. Jarred is at work. It takes me about an hour and 15 from my house. SHE SAID OK!! That will be fine!!I get to the office, no…. I can’t pick it up. Jarred has to sign papers and get it himself?!?! I was beyond mad… they knew how far I was coming. And just to tell me I’m not able to pick it up…. Although jarred put me on ALL of his hippa paperwork?!I had my feel with this office. The staff are so unorganized and NOT friendly, i quick found that out Tuesday at the first appointment.

Had surgery back in September I believe, the Dr was so nice. The staff was nice. They checked on me after surgery. So impressed with this group of people!

Doctor Ahmed is very caring and has a great sense of humor. I had terrible pain in my feet and he took care or that and fitted me for a pair of shoes in one visit. I have bad arthritis and gout aswell as diabetes so im thankful for such a good doctor and his very friendly and capable staff!
