Denied rape examination by Kevin Wurst; told to return to medical facility where rape occurred to be tested.

He does not care about the patient. My husband was in the ER for nausea, vomiting, and pain under right ribs (classic gallbladder signs), he got labs and a chest xray. No further tests. He was sent home just as sick and in pain as he went in. This doctor never even laid hands on my husband to check for a distended or tender abdomen. He barely saw him a total of 2 minutes the whole time he was there. His CHEST xray came back okay, he stuck his head in the door, said everything was fine and nothing they could do to treat him and sent him home. It took me 2 days to even convince him to go to the ER. He hadn't eaten in over 24 hours and had an elevated blood sugar. That should tell you something is wrong to begin with.

My special needs brother was taken to the emergency room after having had back to back seizures for a significant period of time. He was given several medications and then released by Dr. Wurst. He was not in the emergency room enough time to even tell if the seizures would start again. When he returned home, the seizures started again and he had to return to emergency. After looking at other reviews, I felt like I had to share this experience.

I have numerous health conditions and have used dozens of doctors, some good and some not so good. But this doctor is the wurst of the worst!! Terrible bedside manner, zero skill at diagnosis, and just plain stupid! He graduated from some phony college and it shows.

This so-called doctor is completely incompetent! If he is assigned to you or a family member, Demand another doctor!! I had nearly a dozen nurses that knew I was having a major shock episode or even possibly a seizure. This doctor told me and my elderly parents that I was making it up! Yes, this man is an idiot! I have a documented disease that involves shock. Morons like this are why many hate Floyd Baptist hospital.

This doctor was rode to my family member and ride to me. Glad I got out alive.

If I could give him zero stars, I would. He’s grossly incompetent and clearly a scam artist. If you’re assigned to him in the ER, I recommend, no I URGE you to leave before signing any treatment papers.

This guy don't even deserve to have a Dr. title. He is by far the worst Dr. ever! He don't even listen to your symptoms. After he dismissed my son with nothing wrong with him, we asked if he would please do a stool specimen to check for parasites and he wrote an order up, after taking a sample in and waiting 3 days for the results with no calls or anything, I called to get the results and they said that this so called doctor cancelled the test. What a piece of work you are! I hope that you lose your license and never get to practice again anywhere. You are not worthy to even be a CNA! You had to have cheated on your test to have got a degree. You are worthless!!

Our son was seen by Dr. Wurst in the ER with a foreign body foot puncher. Foreign body being WOOD, which we had in a clear bag and informed the door and showed him the piece. He only ordered an x-ray to check for fracture. Wood will not show up on x-ray only ultrasound (per Norton Healthcare and medical community!) Less than 24 hours later, our son ended up in Norton's Children Healthcare with an acute infection which required IV antibiotics, extensive surgery and a week long hospitalization! According to NCH, he could have lost his foot or life, if we hadn't seemed further medical attention! Will never go back to Baptist Health Floyd!!

Awful doctor!!! After several ER trips for the same reason extreme head and neck pressure so bad it affected my vision speech and many other things considering I had major brain surgery a year ago you think more test would have been ran NO he literally told me there wasn't nothing he could do and was sent home!! He is an awful doctor would not recommend him to remove a splinter!
