This was my third visit over the last 3 weeks for the same sinus infection. Hopefully this last guesswork they did might, might help me. I’m not holding my breather! I want to ad, there was 1 other car in the lot. The other guy went in before me. I was there for an HOUR! Ugh!

I was able to be seen very quickly. Direct concerns were addressed and diagnosis and treatment were quickly provided. The FNP was very friendly and detailed. She answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful staff of Dr and nurses. Great bedside manner. Really took into consideration what my I issue was and discussed it with me, instead of running in and then running out. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

The absolute worst experience of my life. I saw the Nurse Practitioner, Sierra (not sure if that’s how you spell her name or not) on two separate occasions. The first time, I waited over an hour and she saw me for 2 minutes before leaving the room and slamming the door behind her. She barely spoke to me and when she did, she did so with the attitude that I was burdening her by being there; she was very annoyed. The second time, I had to bring my 5 month old with me. She approached me the same way, but made me feel even worse for coming again. She argued with me about how long it had been since I had been there and then 3 different times, she would slam the door. This time, she made my baby cry because it was so loud and it startled him. So as I’m comforting my crying baby, I can hear her outside of the room mocking me and making fun of me to her nurses. When she came back in the room, she stood close to the door and talked about a treatment plan. At that point, I was already in tears and told her that I would like to leave and that I’d go somewhere else. I told her 3 times that I wanted to leave and she did not move from the door. So I picked up my child and left, then she yelled at me as I was walking down the hallway bawling because I accidentally bumped into her… I called back and I don’t think I was given the correct number to file a complaint. I won’t go back there, I know that doesn’t mean anything to them, but I don’t understand how somebody who presents themself like that should be in healthcare. She made me feel so embarrassed and humiliated me in that office. She should lose her job.
