Dr. Hayes was nothing less the A prefect gentleman. He has the best bed side manners. Haven’t seen doctors like him in awhile.

Our experience was horrible! My husband had 1 appointment for plantar fasciitis issues. He repeated the steroid injection that a podiatrist had done earlier, all the while relaying how podiatrists aren't equipped to treat this pain properly. He sent in a new physical therapy treatment routine to follow. After a few weeks with no more pain relief than before, my husband phoned Dr. Hayes' nurse. She indicated Dr. wanted to do an MRI, although 1 was already done. Dr. Hayes reviewed the MRI (notwithstanding the fact that we had brought in a CD of the MRI earlier). He instructed his nurse to call my husband back stating there was no stress fracture, which was the purpose of having the MRI done. She then suggested that my husband get a second opinion as Dr. Hayes didn't seem to provide any further treatment options! We cannot believe that after 1 visit, he simply 'washed his hands' of anymore treatment! Hence, the reason we went to a more qualified orthopedic doctor.

This was my first time visit with him and I was disappointed in the results. I felt rushed! He also criticized my former podiatrist that did my last surgery. Maybe because he was a podiatrist. He just came out and said without any compassion that if my foot continued to cause me pain they would have to amputate it!! Just like that!! ?? Going to get a second opinion. One thing good I suppose is I didn’t have to wait long because he rushed me right out!

After multiple disappointments from other foot drs, I was fortunate enough to find Dr Hayes. Not only was he caring and kind, he was attentive and took the time to find the solution that was right for me. I HIGHLY recommend him and wish I had found him sooner!

Dr. Hayes listened to my problems I was experiencing with my foot and went over the x-rays with me. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. His office staff are very nice and they always answer my phone calls/messages that same day. Would definitely recommend him.

Went to see Dr. Hayes as he was referred to me by my PCP. Before I even saw him, many X-rays were taken. I totally understand this IF they would have been reviewed and discussed. Dr. Hayes didn't look at these X-rays, not even once. No discussion about them at all. He didn't offer any advice to help with my condition except to take a prescription drug. I received more information and relief from a podiatrist. It appeared to me that unless there was some chance of surgery he didn't care.

Fantastic surgeon. Saved my leg and is the reason I'm playing with my kids today. Always available to talk to and explain things. Other comment here shedding a negative light on him could not be further from the truth.
