For the first time ever I walked out of a doctors office so upset I didn't even stop at the desk to pay. The office manager said I wouldn't be charged and booked me with another doctor. Just saw that my insurance company was charged for the visit and I have an outstanding balance. I went to Dr. Holladay and he wanted to put me on Lyrica. I'm already taking that. Wanted to give me cortisone shots. I've been doing that. Wanted to give me Jelly shots. Already done. Physical therapy. Been to therapy at four different places, including OrthoCincy's therapy. Then he said we'll do an MRI and walks out. I didn't have a chance to ask anything. Then the manager books me with a NP. She was nice as can be, but then I have to wait another month and a half to see the doctor who is not at the Edgewood office. The only reason I booked with Dr. Holladay is because he was close to home and had openings soon. I'm so upset and angry. From now on I'll be going to Beacon.

I found Dr. Holladay to be concerned & personable. He addressed my problem & provided options accordingly. I certainly recommend him.

Dr Holladay worked on both my shoulders a few years ago. He did a terrific job. My recovery was quick and my shoulders have been great since. I went to him recently for a right knee replacement. He explained everything and answered all questions. Really great to work with.

I am a repeat customer in that this is my second knee replacement with Dr. Holladay. He has done an excellent job with both. Would highly recommend Dr. Holladay.

I asked my VA Orthopedic Surgeon who he would have to perform surgery on his Mother. Without hesitation he said, "Dr. Holladay!" From the first day and every visit up to this one year post-surgery visit, Dr. Holladay has always been a sincere and caring individual. Pre-surgery for my rotator cuff repair, I told him I suffer from PTSD. He called ME a Badass for serving in the Armed Forces and how HE Looked up to US. "I'm going to take good care of you. You're going to be fine, I Promise." I was and still am, thanks to the great work he did, rehabilitation, follow-ups, and just feeling good about everything when I would go to OrthoCincy to see him and his staff. I was seen by other Doctors for my shoulder and It did not go well. I'm Blessed to have made it through those experiences and to have Dr. Holladay make it right. You will not find a better Team of Professionals in this Region than OrthoCincy. Get it Done Right the first time!

Dr Holliday did my reconstructive shoulder surgery. He was extremely professional and has a wonder “bed side” manner. I can’t thank him enough for giving me back my quality of life back! My shoulder was damaged quite extensively, but he managed to do a fantastic job. I also would like to give a huge shout out to my physical therapist Jarrod and his PTA Jessa!!! They were extremely helpful in my recovery as well….I couldn’t have done it without them! Thanks to everyone at Orthocincy!!!
