I love Dr. Foulk and his staff (Kayleigh, Ashley) for handling my shoulder surgery (as well as knee issues)!! They were very communicative and quick to respond to my questions and my surgery was easy (for me). The surgical staff was awesome as well, explaining every step of the way how the procedure was happening. I would highly recommend if you ever have an orthopedic issue! Thank you, all!

Dr. Foulk was excellent. He provided timely and concerned care. He performed a knee replacement for me and I couldn’t be happier. His staff are all wonderful, too.

Once and if ever you get in to see the Doctor he is very personal and able surgeon. The issue is getting in to see the doctor. You have to wait weeks to get an appointment and then when you arrive. you feel like cattle. You are put into a room and have to wait an hour or more (even when you have an 8:45 appointment and are on time) before the doctor will show up. When you ask the receptionist about the wait, no apologies are given and it is defacto that is the way we operate our clinic.

My right arm was extremely fractured Dr. Foulk is performed surgery on 1st July 2016.He is the best surgeon ever. He is so nice,helpful and friendly. My arm is doing really good now.I think my life was over that time but Dr. Foulk Restore my hope again to perform such a great surgery by the help of almighty.Thank you Dr. Foulk.....!!! God bless you and your family .
