David M Ratzman's Online Review Report Card

My primary physician recommended Dr. Ratzman for the management of pain for my neck. Prior to this recommendation, I returned to a former pain management doctor who provided an injection in my neck with no results. During my first visit with Dr Ratzman, he throughly reviewed my previous records and procedures and offered a different approach. I was able to schedule my procedure easily and get treatment without waiting so long in pain. Unfortunately I was not able to return due to other medical issues not involving my neck. But I wished I had gone to Dr Ratzman when I was in pain from the beginning. His staff was also professional and kind.

Dr. Ratzman is the most compassionate and efficient doctor I have worked with regarding my cervical spine pain and problems. Not only is he amazing, but his support staff are also high-performers. I am treated like a person, and my concerns are heard. Dr. Ratzman has a sense of urgency, and I can tell he genuinely cares about my condition and life. I highly recommend Dr. Ratzman to anyone suffering from spine issues.

Dr Caryn Vogel neurologist referred me to Dr Ratzman for treating my cluster migraine headaches. When I first started my cluster headaches were 2-3x a week. Now, with both doctors help my headaches are maybe 1-3 a month. It takes a while to get the right combination of medicine. I am very grateful for Dr Ratzman

Dr. Ratzman is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have chronic back pain and a numb left foot and calf. I have been seeing Dr. Ratzman for about 10 years. He is the best pan management doctor I have seen.

I highly reccomend Dr.Ratzman,after other back surgery drs.said they wouldn't do it being to dangerous.Through injections and medicine he made it alot better,then a new surgery came out,I could barely walk the pain had moved into the nerves of back of my legs, the surgery was done in same day surgery,back pain gone,legs no longer hurt, I feel I got my life back,he is so understanding and patient,so is his staff, I love them all, Dr. Ratzman is 5 stars all the way, thank you

I would NOT recommend dr.ratzman to anyone that is in legitimate pain!!! I have severe diabetic neuropathy and fibromyalgia,and they told me he could not help me in any way. I don't know if maybe I went in there with little to no pain if maybe he would've help me in medicinal ways, sounds about right ,if u seriously need it they don't want too help you these days. Patient care is horrible in this world anymore,seems you can't find a dr that genuinely cares bout their patients absolutely would not recommend this office and u can't talk to anybody right away only answering machine till their ready to talk to you.

This doctor and his staff are EXCEPTIONAL. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. This doctor has helped my father more than we thought possible. Both Dr. Ratzman and his staff go out of their way to accommodate patients. He is truly a wonderful and very dedicated doctor. His staff is also very dedicated and helpful. We would highly recommend Dr. Ratzman.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ratzman for about 2 years now. He was referred by my neurologist and after reading reviews., I do agree it’s frustrating to get someone to answer the phone to get an appointment. I have went through many different treatments as time has continued to not be on my side. He (Dr.Ratzman) from day one listened to me and my Pain needs. He then has prioritized my treatment Based on the “Big Picture & End in mind “. From injections to nerve stimulator implant to pain medication to a brace for my back he had proven to be very...well..Remarkable is the best word I can say. In so many ways. I would recommend him to ANYONE that is need of a pain specialist as he won’t let you down!!!! Thank u so much.
