Everyone treated me well except dr howard. He coldly and callously cast me aside,didnt check my throat and said ill be fine with a slight pat on my back. He lacked basic human compassion.

I went to the ER for heart related issues, when the insurance claim was filed the diagnosis code was entered as extreme sweating which the insurance company does not cover. I have contacted everyone possible at Riverview Hospital and asked for the insurance claim to be refiled with the correct diagnosis code, they refuse to change it and as a result I have had to pay over $2000.00 out of my own pocket for their mistake. This is so wrong, why even have insurance if this is the way Riverview does things. The doctor I saw was John D Howard, MD and apparently he does not care about the cost to his patients either. I have proof that the doctor ran Cardiac tests but that does not seem to make any difference either.
