Staff in office very rude on phone. Will not call back when they tell you they will. Has taken weeks to get meds switched due to high cost and have refused to change to alternative multiple times.

Dr Bledsoe: Professional, personal, informative, thorough and accommodating. Office and support staff: Clean, efficient, supportive with great follow up. I have been a patient for 2 years. My previous doc moved on and I was assigned Dr Lisa Bledsoe. I am a 56 yr old male and was not sure how comfortable I would be with a female doc. All put to rest within a few moments. She is to the point and very informative.

Staff won’t call back when they said they would. Won’t write new script of similar birth control meds when asked due to high cost. Very rude staff.
