-staff doesnt answer the phone or return phone calls -Dr. Lather visited with me for a total of 8 minutes, gave me a diagnosis, and said to schedule a follow up in a year. -its been 6 weeks since the first / last / only time ive had contact with his office, and they havent set up treatment -shameful practice
