I wouldnt recommend this location at allI had a MRI scheduled at this location earlier this week and so I arrived for my appointment and the receptionist got me all checked in nicely.I then was called back by the technician and she proceeds to question me about being claustrophobic and I answered YES definitely and she stated thats normal. She then proceeds to question me about panic and anxiety issues and I answered yes. By this point she didnt seem like she wanted to do my test because of my medical conditions. She asked Do you take medicine for your conditions and I answered yes and informed her I had already taken my anxiety medication and I should be fine.So I get my clothing changed and she asked about barrettes in my hair and I answered No and we proceeded but she didnt seem to want to do my test for me. I then get laid down and she stated I dont think I am going to be able to do the test because of the kind of test needed and your physical size. I then asked her if she would try to do the test because I was in severe pain from a car accident and I needed it done. Well she tried but I was unable to get it done at this location but I got it done at the Carmel location no problem.After finding out she couldnt do the test she said you had your last test done in Carmel and I then stated I wish I would of been scheduled at Carmel location like I had been previously but I know now for future references.Finally I get changed and am told the receptionist would have a schedule card for me. I then proceeded to the receptionist and she hands it to me and it was up to me to schedule my appointment even though she could have done it then from there and let the Carmel location know the situation and may have gotten me in sooner but its over now the Carmel location took care of me like I was a human being and didnt judge me by the way I looked or my medical conditions.Very unfortunate that people are judged by the way they look instead of the personality and feelings inside of you.

We had exceptional service here The staff at the desk and in the room were fantastic and delt well with children. They have an open MRI machine and a very nice CT donut. They got us in right away got the scan done right away and provided us with the DVD within minutes. We highly recommend this location
