Steven Wilk's Online Review Report Card

If I could give zero stars I would! Community Health Physicians, and especially this office are the most inept people I have ever met. I have been going to this office for 20+ years and my doctor, retired this summer. I was never told he retired. They indicated they sent a letter in the mail. Now, I'm being treated like a brand new patient and have to wait 6 months to see the doctor!!!! SERIOUSLY???? Also, I had been trying for 2 weeks to get my prescriptions renewed. I was told the scripts had been mailed, but I never received them, just like I never received the letter that my doctor had retired. I had to take time off work to drive to their office and physically pick up the prescriptions. The were dated with today's date, so I ask you...do you think they ever really mailed them? I think NOT! I will not be returning and I'm filing a complaint with the Indiana Medical Board. They are definitely not there to help their patients. Exactly the opposite! They make everything VERY difficult. This review only refers to the office staff. I have always liked Dr. Wilk and he was an excellent physician.

Dr. Wilk was our Doctor in 1982 he delivered my fourth child best physician we could of asked for. Very comfortable discussing any issues. We truly missed him.

Doctor Wilk has been my physician for about 6 years. He is the best doc I've ever had. He is so knowledgeable and his bedside manner is impeccable. He is attentive and listens to me when I speak. At times I have had speech problems and it never seems to affect his ability to focus on my issues at hand. Many a time he has finished the interview where he asks all the right questions, with "Well Jennifer, let's do this or what do you think of trying this?"I'm a nurse and have had doctor's who don't listen and rush through appointments or keep wanting me to try things that we already know don't work for me. This has never happens with Doctor Wilk. In fact the whole team is great there!I now drive one hour to go there due to moving. As long as I am able, I will go see Dr. Wilk and staff. Not only are they a great team, at this practice....You are recognized as an integral part of your Healthcare team. That's because you are!! You are the patient and you matter! Don't accept anything less.If you are on the fence deciding if you want to see him Give him and the team a shot. You won't be disappointed!

My kids love Dr Wilk. He's amazing with them! He's the most caring and helpful Dr I've ever had. He explains things that need explaining and he truly cares about your health and well-being! We're lucky to have such an amazing family Dr.!
