Dr. Rao is very compassionate and caring for her patients. She stays on top of things, genuinely cares and will do anything to help make things easier for her patients. Most drs don’t make phone calls when problems arise for patients yet she will. I wish she were a dr for multiple things, I’d see her for everything! She’s brought so much comfort to me while I’ve had gestational diabetes.

A reliable source of information. Dependable, always there for you with answers to all your questions, problems an needs. Very trustworthy, she knows what she is doing and is very knowledgeable about her practice.

Dr. Rao was very professional and informative. She took the time to explain her philosophy and care practices with me and showed a genuine interest in helping me.

Dr Rao is easy to talk to and attentive to my needs and Documents everything so it’s in my permanent file! I’ve seen her 3 times and I’m comfortable calling her one of my favorite Drs now! She calls my Perscription in right away and it’s already at the pharmacy before I leave her office! Her nurse was great too and I got my bloodwork done right in her office and results in less than 24 hours! Dr Rao gets 5 stars for a good bedside manner too! The whole office visit was fast but efficient from the time I came in to the time I left! No wait time at all!

I had 1 visit with Dr. Rao. She was very professional and kind but after trying to reach her medical staff with questions about medications that she prescribed to me has been terrible. I have left 4 messages over a 7 day period and no one has returned my call. This is very unprofessional as they are a medical office. Any patient calling with questions or concerns about medications prescribed by this doctor should have their call returned within 24. I'm not sure if this is in fault due to the medical staff, doctor or both but I will not be returning to this office.

After seeing 3 Endocrinologists in the area with very little knowledge and understanding of Type 1, I am thrilled to say I’ve found my Forever-Endo. Dr. Rao’s youth lends to her likability, but her brain is where it’s at. She understands that for various reasons, every diabetic is different. The complexity of my case didn’t seem to be a task too big for her to handle. I was in & out in 30-45 minutes for my 1st ever appointment. She let me hit my areas of concern, offered up possible solutions, then hit her areas of concern. I am looking forward to the progress I can make with her medical guidance in my toolkit. The absolute best in all of Indy & surrounding cities!!!

Dr. Rao is the fourth endocrinologist I've had since being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, due to relocation of previous providers. She listens well, provides thoughtful advice, and is very willing to discuss her recommendations and any concerns I may have. I appreciate the flexibility of being able to schedule phone or video visits in addition to in-person visits. She and her staff are very responsive to prescription refill requests and questions.

Dr Rao is very helpful and takes time to listen to my concerns. She has been willing to adjust treatments as necessary. I appreciate her kindness and humor. She is also willing to explore other options and explains things well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Roa for many years. I appreciate getting an appointment that fits my schedule. I like getting my blood tests in the office so I don’t need to go anywhere else. The waiting time is very short and the room is always clean. Dr. Roa always takes her time when explaining my condition and any questions I have. The ease she puts out to me any time I’m in for a checkup truly helps the nerves. I would highly recommend Dr Rao and this office for any patient that needs help with endocrinology and diabetes.
