Every one was very nice and friendly.The Dentist answered all my questions and was very gentle. I was told up front of the cost and what I would have to pay.Im going to tell my daughters and sister about Bright now.

They made an appointment for me to come in about dentures as it should be time to get some now, but instead of even seeing me, I was spoke to IN THE FRONT LOBBY about my medical information and told to just make another appointment. I wasn’t even seen, the doctor didnt see me, and the little girl that spoke to me (and violated HIPPA laws) in the front lobby for anyone to hear, was snooty and not respectful at all. I left in tears. My daughter had to drive 45 minutes to take me as I have many other medical issues. Horrible experience. I will say that the manager and the receptionist was very nice and apologetic for her treating me this way. That little girl had no reason to be in the dental/medical field if that is her bedside manners.

I made my appointment back in December. They called me yesterday to confirm the appointment. While I was driving there this morning, halfway there on a 55 minute trip, they called me to let me know that they didn't accept Anthem Medicaid. They offered to do the service for a cash payment, but couldn't even give me a quess of how much it would be. Here's a hint. When you're trying to scam people out of money, pick the rich folk. If someone has to be on medicaid, it because THEY'RE POOR.

Sat almost a hour to be told they were having a problem with insurance, and I guess everyone was to lazy to call number on card to verify

First time EVER I've been in and out of a dental appointment with 100% positivity. I had extraction today with Dr. Walker. Extremely painless. Numbed me up and extracted the tooth in less than 30 minutes. My tongue didn't even get numb. That's a huge deal for me! He's a doctor that knows exactly what he's doing! In and out operation is exactly what patients want. He's the real deal. Excellent work Dr. Walker! The front office staff goes above and beyond in an extremely efficient manner. Whomever trained the staff, KUDOS! You should be highly paid. You have an excellent staff. I will definitely recommend Bright Now Dental in North Vernon, IN for your dental care!

I filled out the submission form online for a new patient appointment, and was never contacted. So I called them a few days later to schedule they were polite on the phone asked for my insurance information, had me scheduled the next week. Sent me text messages to confirm appointment time. I was taking antiobiotics preparing for this exam so I’d be prepared for the appointment. They then called me THE DAY BEFORE my scheduled appointment to say they aren’t accepted my insurance right now (Anthem Medicaid Healthy Indiana Plan by the way). They weren’t sure of who else accepted the insurance so couldn’t give me a good referral. Also staff was friendly on the phone this was a huge inconvenience and should’ve been addressed on the very first phone call I schedule.
