Kinda annoying that you have to see them every month to get prescription on birth control. Like why do I need to see y’all to get birth control? And if you move it’s apparently not their problem if you can’t come see them and they just won’t refill your prescriptions anymore. Will not ever come back here. You guys lost a patient.

Dr etherton is amazing an so is hallie Clark they both care about the patients an address concerns when you need them to. I have been going there 2yrs an i am glad i started seeing etherton he has found some major health issues that i have been haveing for awhile an no other doctor would take tye time to figure out what the problem was but he did an i am very thankful for him an hallie both thank you guys keep being amazing

Rude receptionist had to be at an appointment was running late they told me I could only be ten minutes late my app was at 2:40 I got there at 2:50 the lady had me sit down in the waiting room while she sat on the phone for four minutes then proceeds to tell me I’m four minutes to late. My car is broke down so I had to borrow a vehicle pick up my daughter from school drive through construction wait in a waiting room just to be told my daughter can’t be seen and I wasn’t even able to get an excuse . Worst experience ever don’t deserve a single star. Honestly a receptionist job isn’t for her she should probably find something else

Receptionsit who was there on August 18, 2022 at 3:40 PM. I did not get her name was very rude to me when I came in. She acted like I was not wearing a mask and would not let me explain why I was a couple minutes late arriving due to work when I would explain she would cut me off and told me to sit down rudely. I was already E-Checked in if this issue had not have happened with her I would have been in and out. If this is how you treat patients when they come in I would rather go the distance to get my Covid Testing done it's stressful enough to be tested for it but it makes it worse when someone is acting out over it who is supposed to be acting professional. Update: My lab results were negative and has been for several days so the way she acted was not only unprofessional but uncalled for!!
