Horrible! If there was zero she would get that! My appointment was set up one month ahead, even though i had seen Dr Russ in the past she refused my appointment, saying no new patients…? No phone call from staff / very unpleasant experience! Zero

Russ sent me to a psychiatrist and when I had the appointment with the psychiatrist, Kelly Anderson, she didn’t even know why I was there and wanted Dr Russ to give me my medications. Dr. Russ refused to do so and wouldn’t even just help me out until I could get into another psychiatrist through Aspire! If I don’t have my medications my life is almost unbearable! I also know other patients of Dr Russ and she gives those patients the same exact medications I take, on a monthly basis! All I was asking is if she could just give me a 1 month supply of my meds until I can get into another psychiatrist, but she refused. I am finding another doctor and will not be returning. Doctors just don’t care anymore. Oh! And good luck getting into an appointment with Dr Russ in a timely manner! More than half of the time, I was forced to see a Nurse Practitioner in the office because Dr Russ wasn’t in the office.

I love Dr Russ! She never makes me feel rushed, the wait to go back to exam room is never long, she answers all questions never seeming to be annoyed, and she will refer without making you feel as though you're questioning her ability. Her staff is always friendly and respectful, and return calls and test results always done in a timely manner.

I absolutely love Dr. Russ and the whole staff! Everyone is so personable and always ready and willing to help with anything you may need. They have the easiest video visits and and MyChart Patient Portal I've ever used! She's always thorough and actually takes the time to really to you. I couldn't have found a better office! I was thrilled they take Mdwise HIP insurance as well.

I have been seeing Dr. Russ for years. She is very compassionate and very knowledgeable! Appreciate how she listens and always follows up promptly! Highly recommend!

Dr Russ is the best family doctor I've ever had! She never seems rushed and my little kids and I are always very comfortable around her. The staff is very friendly as well!
