Biggest scam ever Stay away big waste of time Told I would pay 200 a meeting instead they charged 1850 per month which comes out to 925 a meetings since I went biweekly They are no help and refuse to work with you at all. Beyond that the “meetings” were an absolute joke. They ask the same stupid questions from a questionnaire that you answer every time you meet with them. Not worth it.

So they have you sign a contract stating that have 24Hour’s to call in a prescription. But still don’t can’t seem to make sure they do. So if it falls on a holiday don’t expect anything from them until Monday . They will request you go to the ER except the ER can’t do absolutely anything for you

A year ago it was a very nice place to be. Staff were excellent and very caring. Now they have all new doctors and nurses that are extremely rude and obviously dont care about their patients . I do not recommend this place at all.

Clean slate is a joke. I had a sheduled apt at 1230 and had 3 walk ons go before me. I was not seen until close to 4 and they close at 5.i also had an issue with receiving medication. They perscribe me on a weekly bases where I only recieve my fill from visit to visit. Recently I was not allowed to pick up a script after bieng treated like a convict 3 days after my visit. The perscribers are to full to partly any direct attention to clients which means gaps and mishaps in the describing of the pharmaceutical s we attend clean slate to recieve. Treated like a drug addict and held on a 2 to 3 day wait defeats the whole purpose of my attendance. Please be cautious when you attend. Just get away from the gov approved drugsand stay away.

I really enjoy coming to my appointments because the staff and doctors are so upbeat and really focused on getting you better. They are understanding and work with you as long as your seriously seeking recovery. I can honestly say that I am sober today because of their help.

I will say Ive been to three different outpatient treatment facilitys and this one here is by far the best one. The doctor really do care the facility is well kept the AssistantsSecretarys are super cool and its all done by appointment so their aint much wait time.

The staff are extremely helpful and professional. The physicians are down to earth and super friendly too I am very happy with the support and care I have received here I highly recommended coming here if you need help
