Unprofessional outdated psychologist that should have chosen a different profession.

The lack of professionalism is astounding. One of my family members was meeting with a therapist from the Hamilton Center. When she got on the Zoom call to meet with her counselor during one particular session, rather than be in an online waiting room, the therapist had not set up the zoom meeting properly and another child was in the middle of a therapy session. We no longer felt comfortable with Zoom sessions because we didn’t know if the same thing would happen to her that happened to that other child. Then out of nowhere and without warning, the therapist left the practice. My family member was assigned to a new therapist. She met with that therapist for three weeks and then that therapist left the practice with very little notice. You can’t get effective treatment with a revolving door of therapists.

Yes my girlfriend is a client of yours her therapist doesn't that lady get it or not on what she is going threw and my girlfriend can not do strenuous work. Everytime she talks to her she is always bringing up about her working what's your problem lady my girlfriend is on disability that's discrimination also against someone Disabled I will also when is your office going to be official open to where the clients can come in there does she not understand my girlfriend has to move O excuse me her therapist is not the one dealing with what is going on at that place she is lying at you all need to get into trouble. You all better hope I don't go with her at one of her appointments that therapist will hear it.

Yes I am a past client we are moving back too Plainfield and we need family counseling I know Paul Schiender there and Dr. Z my husband and I and my son we need counseling services and my husband needs to see a psychiatrist there his anger issues is out of hand . I can't keep putting up with it my last name was different then I have known you for years when Marsha Carr was a counselor . Shame she isn't still there I been very quiet now I had anger issues but since I been loving in Hamilton county it's been an awlful experience living up here. We need someone who is nice and understanding and who doesn't take sides I have put up with this at all the counseling centers we have been too that is one thing I won't put up with that. A good therapist doesn't take sides you can't tell my husband nothing he is right your wrong you will see I still say something happen too him when he was little abuse that went on in the home . Can't wait too get back there and come there too see someone.

When I very first started going to their downtown location I was very impressed but gradually even that location went downhill much like this Plainfield location! I absolutely love my therapist however it’s all about production and they get advanced insurance prior authorization for time billed and I’m lucky to get in on time to see my Dr every single time or an appointment that’s even doable within my time frame! And it’s nearly impossible to receive a phone call when you leave a message and just this very day I was told by my pharmacist that the nurse was supposed to call me because the Dr was out and I needed a controlled drug prescription and they didn’t even try to have the other Dr try to call it in so now I suffer and go two days without which is agonizing and no phone call ever! But I bet I get none on Monday either! I will be searching for a new place right away not that they care so sad because it’s been 11 years now of my hard work!

I came here for specific help towards anxiety and depression. My therapist assessed me over 3 days. She concluded that I just need IOP for drug addiction. I haven't used drugs in 14 years. What a joke.

I have been a client for many years now and I dint think they aren’t as helpful or as staffed accordingly at all!! They keep taking new patients but not enough staff to make just one psychiatrist on time or rvrn allow me the amount of time that my insurance is being billed for! What a great way to treat someone who always has anxiety and drives so far!

I am sad. The Hamilton Center In Plainfield Indiana must not care about patient care?? I was at the Hamilton Center here last week. It was so hot in the room it made me sick. The air Air conditioning has been broken for over a month now. What kind of a place makes you sit in the room with your therapist with no air conditioning or no fans?? My glasses was steamed up I had a hard time seeing out of them. and I was wet from sweat. I have a medical condition that my body has a hard time dealing with the heat at times. I had to cancel this weeks appointment. Dose the Hamilton Center only care about collecting money from the Insurance so the ceos can live the high life?? This is not right at all. You need to fix the Air conditioning. I guarantee if the CEOS of the Hamilton Center didn’t have air conditioning it would be fixed the next day!!! I asked my therapist do you think they will have the air conditioning fixed next week she said no I doubt it’s going to cost a lot of money to fix. I don’t know how long it will be broke. SOMETHING IS BROKE HERE!! NOT JUST THE AIR CONDITIONING!!!

The Dr doesn't listen.  He assumes he knows your problem and gives an edited of his personal experiences. He didn't help you with the under 0 problems. He's a hack.
