Marcia Johnson's Online Review Report Card

Was referred to Dr. Johnson office by my PG Doctor’s Office long time ago I really like her she is very easy to talk with.

I used to love this Dr. Johnson, but lately my condition has became more complicated and she seems to just not care? I have never been one to be off work or admit there is anything wrong so for me to call and ask for help means something is wrong but I got a snippy response from her nurse and then when I sent her a message she replied back with inaccurate information. Might be time to look for another rheumatologist.

Dr. Johnson is amazing. She’s attentive, patient and really listens. The only doctor that could help diagnose my issues after years of suffering. Her staff is great. I’ve never had any issues in the years I’ve been a patient.

I see marcia johson. Shes been great for me for years. Ill hate when shes not there anymore. She diffantly doesnt judge a person. She truly believes pain exist were other drs dont.

Dr. Johnson is good but the MA was awful! No eye contact whatsoever and POINTED to the scales with no greeting at all. Will not return to this practice!

I have found relief thanks to Dr. Johnson she is always there to help and has even made calls to me herself to verify needed test and results. Her staff is very busy but always helpful and kind. I believe they are so busy do to her being such a GRATE Dr. As for the bad reviews I saw posted about her staff all I can say is I have never experienced this.

She's by far the best RA physician I have encountered! She doesn't give up until you're better, plain and simple! She has an excellent staff as well.

Dr. Johnson is THE best doctor. She's thorough, very personable and quite a genius in Rhuematology.She's called me back after hours to check my symptoms & even worked me in the next day.The first time I went to her, she verified that I had been misdiagnosed with RA for 25 years and heavily medicated for it by other doctors. She really knows her field, such an expert!She always very friendly & pleasant to talk with, and she takes her time with you. Such a rare jewel.By the way, I've never had a bad encounter with the office personnel. When speaking with them over the phone, they always repeat back to me what they're writing down to give to the doctor. I couldn't ask for more then professional folks.

Dr Gramling has been great and very attentive to my needs but this is the second time I’ve needed a prior Authorization for a new medication. Both times has taken at least a month, my other doctor offices can get a PA approved in less than 5days. When I’ve called the person that does the PA for the drug I’ve been prescribed is out or not available. Finally talked to her today for her to tell me that she more or less has 30days to get the PA. Wouldn’t want anyone to work to hard but my insurance is always very quick as long as the paperwork is submitted. So I told Stacy, that my insurance said they’ve been waiting for that paperwork for 15days. She says, “probably” and then gives me the 30day speech again! I know now, she’s not the one hurting and in pain so she’s not in any rush. Hopefully she’ll find someone just as nice to her, someday!My experience for the first medication was very similar. I think it’s ridiculous and I really like Dr Gramling but think I’ll be searching for a new Rheumatologist

I would agree Vicki who answers the phone is NOT helpful. She asked me a bunch of questions then proceeds to tell me they’re not taking any new patients. Why not tell me that right off the bat and save me the pain of answering all your stupid questions???
