The doctor is great the staff up front on the other hand..... I work in customer service and have never been treated so rudely. I never write reviews but it was very upsetting to be treated so rudely by the front desk when I was being checked out. She was more concerned about what ever she was doing then helping me check out. I stood in front of her for about 45 seconds before she even looked at me and told me to hold on. She handed me papers not telling me if I needed to sign them or if we were done and I could leave. I had to ask her if that was it and she replied yes and looked away. She was very rude to the point where I will probably go to a different dermatologist in the future.

Dr. Guenthner spent about 1.5 minutes with my husband (literally) and determined the issue on his hands and forearms was eczema. My husband tried to explain the chemicals he worked in every day and even brought him the company guides to the chemicals they use. Dr. Guenthner wasn't interested. He gave my husband a shot of prednisone and a prescription for a cream that was $960. Not to mention HIS office visit was $450. My husbands issue has worsened and we are now looking for a different Dermatologist.

Dr, Guenthner is very straight forward and to the point . He is willing to ask questions to find out more and is also willing to answer questions. I was very pleased and have recommemded him to others.
