The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. All appear to fulfill their professional duties yet are down to earth and able to put the patient at ease. Dr. Jones is professional and thorough always willing to answer questions and gives time to the patient.

The best doctors office I have been to. Dr. Jones himself is excellent. Knowledgeable, caring, and kind. And I don't know how anyone could complain on the staff. These ladies are the best. They can almost always accommodate my schedule needs, and provide spot on communication. I can't say enough good of this whole office. Thank you.

The doctor is good, but like the other comments said the staff (nurses) are pretty crappy. Nurse tried to talk me out of asking for Chantix telling me it would cost too much .... my insurance covered it 100 percent and I am smoking significantly less. Dealing with them sucks, but Tom Jones is a really great guy.

I have been seeing Dr. Jones for over four years. He has been an excellent Primary Physician, and works with his patients needs, referrals, etc. Also, I never have to wait for an appointment, which is RARE!
