I'm an 80 year old male, with a successful spinal fusion in May, 2020, behind me, and now in the rehab phase. Dr. K was thorough during our initial meetings, clearly explaining all my options after years of back pain, injections and PT. I had a spinal fusion years ago, so there were issues in my spine to complicate the situation, and Dr. K went to great lengths prior, during and post surgery to insure that I had the best possible opportunity to have a successful result. I now have 6 screws, 2 posts and cushions between discs and am having a long but very comfortable effort to return strength, mobility and a much better life.

Dr.Eldin save me from constant pine tha lived with me for 10 years , after the surgery is was in the best shape and there is no pain

Dr. Karaikovic took the time to explain what treatment options were available to me and what the pros and cons were for each. After the surgery he again took the time to explain what the recovery time was and what to expect. Everything he said happened and I was prepared for it. It is great to have a surgeon this professional and companionate. His office staff also was very helpful, and knowledgeable.

I saw Dr. Karaikovic after fracturing a vertebra. Dr. Karaikovic performed the Balloon Kyphoplasty outpatient surgery with amazing results. He told me that after surgery I would have no pain and I did not. It was incredible. It was the best experience someone could have that needed surgery. He's an excellent doctor that I would highly recommend.

Dr. Eldin Karaikovic is a fantastic doctor. His passion to improve his patients is remarkable. He has improved my life in every aspect, I really recommend Dr. Karaikovic. Every follow up appointment that I have I always thank him for everything. His nurses and staff are really nice and treat you with the greatest respect, they really care about their patients.

Went there for treat ment options and did his tap the knee tip toe, they did not get my MRI that showed mutable Injuies.I was not looking for tons of meds or any at all I need help.And got a faded work out sheet.Just horrible in a rush did not ask about my past how do i feel sleep, at work, nothen waste gas drive and talking to him.I understand iam 30 years old but with the pill epidemic going on it goes to that first thing.6 finger paid and I can't even get a decent service I would give negative 5 star.I never go out my way to do this but this means alot my health and a x Ray shows only so much,Very unprofessional.....

I highly recommend Dr. Karaikovic to anyone who needs back surgery. I was in excruciating pain due to narrowing of the sciatic nerve passage (spondylolisthesis) in the L4 -L5 vertebrates. After surgery and period of recuperation, I was able to regain back functions and I am free from pain.

As a result of a fall, I was admitted to Evanston Hospital with a complicated fracture at the top of my left femur. Dr. Karaikovic was the orthopedic surgeon on duty, and he performed surgery the next day. This proceeded smoothly, involving the insertion of a rod and 2 pins. The surgery was just the beginning - I spent 6 weeks in rehab, unable to bear weight on my left leg, PT twice a day. It's now a year post-surgery, and my leg has healed well. I really think that sessions of physical therapy, exercises at home, walking and aqua exercise have all helped me regain excellent mobility. From the beginning, Dr. K was clear about the dangers of NOT doing all this "work", and he was right. He certainly motivated me to get moving! His manner is very direct, which I appreciate. My mother age 86 needed to have a T10 Fusion. After a short stint in Rehab, she has gained her old life back with NO pain whatsoever. Dr. K did a Fantastic Job and I would recommend him to everyone that might need back surgery. Thank-you. Jeffrey Lamm
