Dr. Kumar is the best Pulmonary Doctor in NW Indiana. I've been his patient for 7 years and he's helped me more than once through my medical issues with COPD. He's very caring and attentive. I think the world of him and his staff.

Recently my husband & I became new patients of Dr. Kumar & his NP Kajal Patel. We feel blessed to have them both looking out for our health needs. NP Patel has made herself immediately available to us every time we found ourselves in stressful situations & I can't express how grateful we are to have such caring inactions with our health care providers. If you are looking for this type of personal care these folks won't disappoint you.

Dr. Kumar was phenomenal and listened to my concerns and calmed my nerves about the unknown situation I was facing. He took all the time with me that I needed and did not try to rush out to the next patient at all. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing a pulmonologist.

Dr. Kumar and his staff are fantastic! My favorite thing about Dr. Kumar is that he takes time to understand whats going on and doesn’t rush everything like most other doctors do nowadays. Hes very knowledgeable and experienced and he explains everything in a way that the average person can understand. His staff are extremely friendly, especially one of the nurses - I think her name was Kajal. If you are looking for a doc in this field, definitely start here!
