If I could give a zero star I would! I went in 3 days ago with all the symptoms of strep. Was swabbed for it strep but they barely touched my throat. Then Amber Matthews proceeded to act like she was bothered by even having to see me and just told me I had bad allergies. Even though I've dealt with allergies my whole life and told her that I knew that wasn't the problem she still insisted it was allergies and would not give me antibiotics. Well 3 days have passed and I'm still not better if anything worse and was tested again and I have strep! If I would have been given antibiotics I could have been better by now but nope! Overall she was very rude and is not very good at listening to her patients!

Just had to go and have my thumb sewn up. Everyone, from the receptionist to the doctor, were fantastic. Friendly, great sense of humor, and very professional. Great group of Healthcare people. Overall excellence!

I went in on a Sunday without making an appointment. I probably only waited 15 minutes before being seen. Everyone was nice and friendly and treated my problem well!

Had a great experience here despite being sick. The nurse and the NP were caring, fantastic and took their time with me gathering information to get me the best care.

Rude girl at the counter tried to tell me I needed to put on a mask to spend my $ with this lame excuse for healthcare place . When I pointed out how worthless masks are she told me she could get fired . Wow lol ok anyway ... I didn't wear the mask & Girl was maybe in her mid 20s had dyed red hair & was very unfriendly & unpleasant to deal with in general. She was working on Friday the 16th around 4:30

Shouldn’t be a express care if you get there 5 minutes after they open on a Saturday and it’s a 6 hour wait for walk in and I was told I should have made an appointment

Went there today try to get my kids tested for RSV had my appointment set for 10:49 went there to the desk at 10:52 they told me I still had two people in front of me. And was already there for an hour it would have been quicker if I went to Evansville to their actual doctor
