Went to ER, waited 45 in room once nurse took mw back. 45 minutes later no one ever came into the room. Left ER unseen and went to a different ER, turns out I had two broken vertebrae in my back.
Best care we have ever received in an ER. The staff was so attentive and thorough. No one got upset or frustrated with us when we had to ask questions. Every single person we interacted with was phenomenal. My husband ended up needing to be life flighted out and everyone was so kind. Absolutely amazing care from everyone on staff! They treated us like family.
STAY AWAY FROM THE ER!!!! I took my 2yr old daughter here and she tested positive for RSV. A few days later I ended up taking her back because I couldn’t get her to eat or drink anything and was obviously extremely dehydrated. She was screaming crying because of how miserable she was. The doctor came in the room and didn’t even examine her!!! He said “she’s fine” and walked out and brushed us off!! The next day I took her to her doctor in Evansville and she sent us to the ER due to dehydration and how sick she is, they gave her an IV and ran tests to make sure her lungs were okay. That doctor that we saw Sunday night 11/19 should be ashamed and fired!! Anytime we’ve had to come in they can NEVER do anything right! Back in June my fiancé had poison oak and they over dosed him on steroids and he had a rash all over him and couldn’t sleep for days. I truly don’t know how this place hasn’t been shut down.
I highly advise to avoid this place at all costs. They overlooked my son’s BROKEN nose and moderate concussion. We later called our primary care doctor and he advised to immediately go to the ER. Thankfully we went to deaconess. Gibson general should’ve been shut down years ago, this is so infuriating.
I DO NOT recommend the E.R. at the Princeton location!
My husband brought my daughter last night they had an excellent service. Dr. Williams was a very good doctor he made sure that my daughter was ok. Im glad my daughter is getting better and better.🙏
So i was having some kind of heat stroke or dehydrated and this place would not listen to me had a severe headache and just left me sat in a room and says nothing is wrong. I will never go back to this place ,better of at the vets office than this place
Not good
Worst hospital I've ever been to. It's just a money scam they see how fast they can get you in and out with doin as little work as possible. Then you get a bill for 1000$ in the mail and they didn't do anything. Biggest scam in Gibson county and they're too cheap to tip delivery drivers while they drive brand new Lexus's and jeeps. Nothing makes sense about this place.
I had to get stitches today the doctor was Dr Dan and he was amazing very professional and very gentle

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
