Its a good place to get help. The Life Coaches Therapists Counselors and of course the Secretaries and Financial Ladies are always quick to lend a helping hand. Its nice to know there are good people here in Richmond to help one get back on their path in life.

I like the counselors but I was upset to find no toilet paper in the womans bathroom on three separate occasions. I asked them to put some in there but was told it would have to wait until the janitorial service cleaned. There is no excuse for this91418 This problem has been fixed for quite some time now. They might have corrected the shortage of toilet paper after this complaint appeared. Good I But I have another complaint no toilet seat covers I have seen this in so many doctors offices emergency rooms and hospitals. To me it is so irresponsible for ANY public restrooms not to provide the paper coverings for the toilet seats What are they thinking? Saving a few dollars or peoples health?

Called in to reschedule appointment and after being put on hold several times I was told she didnt have time for me. I hung up after being put back on hold for almost 10 minutes.

Didnt even get to visit this facility because I wont give them my full social security number over the phone I asked the woman to respect the fact I wont give my personal information out over the phone to a number that I found on Google search and I asked if I could come in to schedule an appointment she said no I HAVE to give her my ssn and I kindly let her know I will choose another facility. Do not go here they will likely steal your information and overcharge your insurance

Partnering with this Unity Medical Group was a terrible decision made by Centerstone. I have never encountered such an unprofessional and rude staff at any healthcare facility before. Arguing with patients and discussing private health information right there in the waiting room in front of other patients is just the tip of the iceberg. Dr. Knot seems especially inexperienced in treating patients mental health issues.

This location in Madison Tn has the rudest receptionist I have ever met.She apparently cares more about being inconvenienced than patient care. She has more than oncethreatened to have medicine cut off and patients removed from the clinic for things beyond the patientscontrol. Everyone else there seems nice and easy to work with its a shame she makes getting patients the proper care so difficult. Apparently her supervisors dont care as they will not return calls.I would rate this 0 stars if it were possible.
