My mother in law was a patient of Dr Bloom. He ordered tests done then moved from the practice with no notice and before we received the results. The old office wouldn't provide and neither would his new office. We were stuck. I found a new Dr who provided results to us and she has a serious issue to address. Thanks for the follow through Dr Bloom

Never have I had such a horrible experience with any doctor in my life. Predictably, the optical staff rivals the doctors in ineptitude, rudeness and unprofessionalism. These clowns should give up their licenses and sweep parking lots for loose change.

Cannot recommend this doctor and his practice highly enough. My experience was fabulous, (1) great diagnosis and eyeglass crafting and delivery earlier this year and (2) visited again this month because a screw came loose and the lense fell out, was delighted by the customer care received by Tenisha she far surpassed my expectations on the repair. You guys are great!!

Today is 4/19/19..Lauran and I Kelly Bush were in for our normal eye exams..My prescription changed so I needed a new prescription, which I received. Lauran my daughter asked for a contact prescription, which the Dr happly wrote up When we went to receive our prescription I was charged $25 dollars for a fitting fee. To my surprise! Yes my daughter had a eye exam, were we told the exam was for glasses or eyes? NO...we just asked for a prescription for contacts. There was NO CONTACT FITTING!!

HORRIBLE! They give him an excellent rating, has to be from his friends and family. Spent 2 minutes in the room-answered no questions regarding my vision loss after aneurysm. Worst service ever!

I have been taking my son here for the past 6 years and am now going to switch Ophthalmologists because of the unprofessionalism and lack of communication by Dr. Bloom and his staff in the optical shop. Dr. Bloom takes no time to explain anything and rushes through his visits (He was literally in the room for a solid 3 minutes to see BOTH of my children at the last visit.) His bedside manner is incredibly fake and lacks the ability to show genuine concern for his patients. The past

My family trusts Dr. Mike to address all of our eye and vision needs. In addition to yearly vision exams, we also see him for eye irritations and infections - much easier than getting in to see our family doctor. He is kind, courteous, and very attentive during appointments. The optical shop in his Dayton office makes getting new glasses and contacts super easy and convenient after our exams!
