They very nice an friendly
Everyone seems to have a real concern in your condition so as to better help you get healthy again. You feel you have been heard.
I love all the people who work there. They are all friendly and listen to what you have to say.
My kids love this place they are way better then anywhere else they take the time to get to know who you are
The best in Richmond hands down. THE BEST!!!
great team.
Everyone is fairly nice while you're there, just don't ever call to leave a message for your doctor because they'll never get it. If they do, they won't return your call. I called four times for Kasey in July and when finally checked on, not one call had been put in the computer so she never knew I was trying to reach her. I called again last week for her, asking to increase dosages on my medications. She told me that if I needed to, to just call and leave a message and she'd take care of it. Nothing. Guess I'll just run out of my meds!Kim referred me to get testing done for Carpal Tunnel. I did. I have it. The doctor at the hospital said I should hear back from her by that next day. That would have been last Thursday. It is now Tuesday night of the following week. So, I'll just not sleep and barely be able to work because my hands won't work and I'm in pain.Maybe they only take good care of people they really like?! I'm not, by any means, a bad, mean or nasty person. Rarely ever do I work up the nerve to complain. This just really gets to me.It's difficult to try to care for yourself when the only other people qualified to help you ignore you.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
