The people there are relatively good. But just like anywhere you have to make sure you get the right therapist for you.

I have had a great experience in this place. They changed my NP but the new one was updated with everything she needed to know about me. They make sure I dont run out of medication and schedule my appointments according to whats best for me. Lovely and helpful staff.

Lie to you about the cost of the visit and they charge people who have no insurance less. Said they couldnt tell me how much the bill would be until they billed my insurance. I told them i wasnt paying more than the cash price and they still billed me. Crooks.

Completely incompetent receptionist. Checked in my son and he was marked as a no show I have 2 sons with back to back appointments so they each get a half session all because the good for nothing that was supposed to be checking them in screwed it up. The ONLY reason I havent stormed out is because I have yet to find another therapist.

Stay away if you want quality mental health care. At Centerstone one hand does not know anything about what the other is doing. They are understaffed rude and condescending. Phone calls go unreturned. They seem to have no sympathy toward their patients needs. They will not bother to notify you if your provider is absent until after you show up. If you should run out of your meds before your next appointment and you will because they dont take that into consideration dont bother to ask for a prescription to tide you over. They will absolutely allow you to go into withdrawal first. As a State supported notforprofit Tennessee is wasting our tax dollars.
