List of David Ratzman's Reviews
He has helped me with treatment of migraine and cluster headaches
I highly reccomend Dr.Ratzman, after other back surgery drs.said they wouldn't do it being to dangerous.Through injections and medicine he made it alot better, then a new surgery came out,I could barely walk the pain had moved into the nerves of back of my legs, the surgery was done in same day surgery, back pain gone, legs no longer hurt, I feel I got my life back,he is so understanding and patient,so is his staff, I love them all, Dr. Ratzman is 5 stars all the way, thank you
I've visited Dr. Ratzman for the past few years due to migraine issues. The entire staff has always been very professional and friendly regardless of which office (Greenfield or Indy) my appointment was at. I've read some reviews indicating he does a poor job with explaining medical conditions to patients, however, my experiences have never been like that.
I have been seeing Dr Ratzman for a couple years now. From day one he has been so patient and listens. I have a rare spine disease and he does everything possible to look for other things to do to try to help me. He goes into a conversation with me knowing that he’s GOING to help me and get me out of pain. He has done 2 surgeries on my back and even tho my response to them has been different than normal he is still there for me and hadn’t given up. He is a great doctor that I feel has a heart of gold. I’m glad I was referred to him. I recommend him to anyone that needs a good pain doctor.
I went to office for opinion. He listened to me but didn't hear me. He failed to get back with me for follow up appointment and it's been from spring 2019 to November 2019.
I was referred to Dr Ratzman after suffering horrible chronic headaches. After I had a brain tumor removed 2 weeks post surgery I started experiencing the worst headaches known to man. They would wake me up in the middle of the night
I really like Dr. Ratzman. He takes the time to listen and understand what is going on with his patients. He tries to offer solutions when other doctors are out of options.
He has helped me survive! Injections when required and does not push meds. He has kept me from surgery for 10 years, I know surgery is in future but longer I put off the better due to sdvances
This physician and staff is never on time. I waited 90 minutes to see him and then he spent less than 5 minutes with me. Saw him in Greenfield and the staff was not there and ready to accept patients at 1230 pm. Not a very good impression. Appears disorganized. After I sat for 45 minutes in the waiting room, they realized I had to complete a follow up form. Really? Should have seen that when I checked in and why I was there. Not impressed, esp since he is a Indianapolis Top Doctor. Sad.
He's arrogant and treats the nursing staff at the surgery center, when I got a shot, like second class citizens. His office staff was just plain rude. I'm not surprised.....birds of a feather........

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
