I choose First Care Urgent Care because their staff is always so friendly and helpful. Plus you get the care that meets your specific needs. They don't send you away without medication or treating you. I do go to my regular physician for physicals and updates on my monthly meds but I always go here when I'm sick. Great staff and great care.

Almost an hour wait time even after scheduling an appointment. Also tried to make me give them my credit card to charge. When I asked how much she said ‘I don’t know, it could be $200.’ Sorry but who pays $200 for a urgent care visit? Could give $100 deposit, but it has to be cash.and this is WITH INSURANCE. LOL. Will not be returning.

Staff was very empathetic, they work effectively and swiftly. I will absolutely go back to them again. Perfect example of medical service, compassion, commitment, communication. Even though my test came back negative they clearly saw I was sick and made a clear diagnosis. Medication started working by that evening. I would love to see their devices updated tho. But that is NOT a cause for a drop in a star rate! Great Job!

Waited outside for 50 minutes from 12:15 pm - 1:05 pm and no one showed up. Doors are locked. No one answered the phone. This is a Wednesday so google and the paperwork on the door shows they’re open today at this time. Bummed - I was looking forward to seeing their high quality of service due to reviews on Google about them.

I tried to do an online appointment but it wouldn't let me finish so I call and the lady said you can finish it here. So I went at the time it told me to at 2:12 and when I got there it hadn't saved my appointment time so I had to wait a half hour to see the doctor.. Why go online if you aren't going to get the appointment it tells you that you have.
