She has been the best I have ever been with. She cares about her patiences and talks to u about what's wrong with u. I'm glad I'm one of her patiences.

Diagnosed and repaired my torn rotator cuff. Excellent bedside manner; answered all questions; great follow up. Cares about her patients. Strongly recommend.

First visit wait time was 2.5 hours. Dr Mikles did great work on my torn tendon. But then my first follow up appointment was a 1.30 min wait. My final follow up was 45 min before I finaly just canceled the appointment and left. Fine Doctor, but the office scheduling is way over booked. But still give her work 5 stars. Just be prepared for a long wait.

I was very pleased with Dr Mikles from the moment of our first encounter in the office and throughout my surgery recovery time. I would recommend her to anyone in need of rotator cuff repair surgery

Had two shoulders replaced in consecutive years by Dr. Mikles. Outstanding surgeon and hard worker. Very pleasant personality yet professional in every way. The kind of Doc we'd like to have for everything wrong with us. Office is very pleasant atmosphere, modern and timely with appointments. If anyone needs a shoulder replacement, I assure that you will find no one better. she is the closest thing as can be to a "pleasant" experience with a shoulder replacement. Dr. Mikles is sure winner!

Very arrogant physician. Had no time to listen to me or answer any of my questions, Spent maybe 5 minutes telling me all her opinions on something that had nothing to do with why I was there, then sent a nurse in to wrap up. When you participate in athletics, you end of visiting a lot of orthopedic physicians and I've seen five or six. She is by and far the worst physician I've even seen. Not just as an orthopod, but any kind of healthcare professional. If you need a WC diagnosis, do not let this lady see you under any circumstance as attested to by some of the other ratings below.

Had a snow skiing injury, was referred to Dr. Mikles. The first surgery she did was an arthroscope to the knee where she said she resurfaced the cartilage, realigned the kneecap, and did a lateral release. Several months after surgery, I was still having pain (at least a 3-4 on a 10 scale) that never went away. Told her this, and she wanted to do a cartilage replacement, which is a year long recovery. Saw a 2nd opinion to realize I had a torn tendon. Everything she did in the 1st surgery failed.

I had a snow skiing injury to my knee, and was referred to Dr. Mikles. At first, I really liked her and let her do my first knee surgery. During the 1st surgery, she supposedly did a lateral release, a cartilage resurface, and a kneecap realignment; she took 25 minutes to do all of these things. After surgery, I did PT for months, but I was still feeling constant pain (3-4 on a 10 scale at all times) and had extremely limited mobility (I could barely put my heel down to walk). I told this to her, and she wanted to do a cartilage replacement, which is a year long recovery. I sought out a 2nd opinion on this, and let this new dr perform a 2nd surgery on the same knee. He realized that I had been dealing with a torn tendon for months, that she had missed completely. Not only this, but everything she did in the first surgery failed, and my kneecap was so off-aligned that it was digging into the muscle around it. Also, the cartilage she wanted to replace was completely fine. A nice lady, but definitely would not recommend her to anybody.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Mikles. She did my first knee scope and is about to do my second knee. I could not have asked for a better doctor and one who knows her craft well. Excellent care and follow up every step of the way. She speaks plainly and explains things well. I liked that she does not OVER DIAGNOSE a problem, leading to unnecessary procedures and costs. Whatever question I have she has been able to answer to my complete satisfaction. My surgery went perfectly. I highly recommend her.
