Terrible practice! Dr. Hill took me off of my medications without notice or reason. I’d been on these medications for over 10 years so I experienced extreme withdrawal symptoms. Another complaint I have is when the nurse that is over the pre-authorizations lied to me saying my insurance refused to pay for a medication. I immediately contacted my insurance company and they had no idea what I was talking about. That nurse hadn’t even submitted the pre-authorization request they told me! She blatantly lied to me just to avoid having to do the work! I immediately switched to a Dr that cares more about my well-being. Terrible practice!
