Dr. Corey was very good. No problem with him. However, my appointment was with Dr. Trippi. That is who I made the appointment for and subsequent emails from St. Vincent continued to refer to my appointment with Dr. Trippi. No one could explain the change. Additionally, the person who took my BP and updated my records removed her mask from her face when she talked. When she finished talking she placed her mask back over her face with her hand. I thought you cover your mouth when you talk - not uncover it. Just seemed the opposite of what should be done. She developed an attitude when I pressed on why I am seeing a different doctor than the one I made my appointment with. This should not reflect on Dr. Corey who was very good. He’s the best at treating the total factors of cardiometabolic. His clinic in Carmel is all provide holistic care for heart diseases and diabetes. This patient population is very challenged every day and need lots of assistance to get what they need for their best health possible.
