The experience at the doctor was great as with every doctor appreciate the help as for the front desk lady on duty that day…. I came in for pain in my back for two months straight. I let her know when I got up there. I was only there to see if I pinched a nerve or pulled a muscle and the first thing she said was that we will not prescribe you pain medication as a recovering addict of six years that would probably trigger most, I thought it was very rude. I’ve never came and asked for a pain medicine. I wish my experience with the front desk lady were better.

Dr. Lincoln is amazing. No matter how busy he is, you always feel like he has all the time in the world to listen. I never feel rushed. His MA staff is absolutely wonderful. They are kind, caring and attentive. I love this office! Keep up the awesome work! We notice!

Dr Lincoln had been my doctor for 4 years and is a competent family doctor however his office practices can be frustrating. As patients we are asked to wait patiently when they are running 15-30 minutes behind. I arrived 10 minutes late because of parking but was preregistered. The receptionist called back to ask if he could still see me but he was still in with the patient scheduled before me. He called back 10 minutes later to ask me to reschedule. Lol. Talk about hypocrisy. I can wait on him, but he can't see me if I'm ten minutes late even if he was still in with the previous patient. This hasn't been my first bad experience here so I didn't reschedule and instead asked for a list of available doctors.
