Tore my meniscus on a Friday and went to urgent care on Saturday and was prescribed physical therapy. On Monday I got a call from Athletico and scheduled an evaluation on Wednesday. They were able to get me in quickly and schedule all my sessions around my work schedule. I didn’t realize I had an underlying issue with my hip that was causing knee pain. My therapist Ray, I think has some sort of vodoo magic because with a couple different exercises the pain in my knee went away almost instantly. He was very good at explaining things to me, especially the why and how. He gave me exercises to do that home that helped with any flare ups. He was fun to work with and very compassionate with his clients. When my knee no longer had any pain I noticed my back was hurting a little and I mentioned it to Ray and he showed me an exercise that helped tremendously and immediately. I would not hesitate for one second to go back for physical therapy with Ray at Athletico.

What a wonderful experience I enjoyed at Athletico on Ireland Road. From the kind and organized service at the front desk, to the PT who did my vestibular therapy and has me feeling confident and back on two feet. I walked out on my last day, with an organized file of activities to choose from at home to keep me feeling good. Thank you! I will definitely be back when and if I need follow-up care.
