I have never felt so helpless when it comes to the care of my child. My son was transferred here two days ago and I have already tried to be transferred and have reached out to the rights advocate. The staff are rude and have done nothing but add more stress to an already devastating situation. I can't wait for my son to be released. If you have the choice for a different facility I would recommend trying somewhere else first.

Such a great experience. They actually listened to my concerns about my son. They ran tests to rule every thing out. Instead of saying his fever was viral. So happy I went here.

Our child was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumor, and has received the absolute best care from her whole care team. They are an awesome resource for my family in a time of need.

Terrible just terrible. If you are over a few minutes late for your oppointment they don’t let you in and you have to reschedule. I live an hour away from this place and just came all the way up and here and they made me reschedule. This place is terrible. No one is nice and cares about how much time you took to get there. Dr. Hay is weird and rude. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Great experience, all of the nurses and aids were absolutely wonderful with my son. When they checked him over night they were as cautions as can be to try not to wake him. Anytime he needed a new order they were very quick to get that order in! Love this hospital! Felt my son was finally in capable hands with him being here!

This was the best hospital we have ever been to. Tests were done with the results readily available when they said they would be. Drs team up to make a great care plan for your child. The food is great! They treat your child like royalty!

My son came in with fever and low hemoglobin. Their treatment for two days iv fluid and tylenol day 3 still. Dont know whats wrong but blpod transfusion. Today dietican sends a menu full of stuff u cant order for your kid even if theres no diet restrictions my son cant even have a breadstick this hospital. Is pathetic
