With my elderly aunt, he has repeatedly been rude, impatient and even ASSUMED she had lost her reading glasses and ordered new ones (with the same prescription!) when if he would have simply ASKED then he would have been told they were NOT lost. When providing care to a Nursing home (one of the best in the South Bend area) a doctor should at least like working with the elderly. He is rushed and impatient and out right RUDE. This is the second issue we have had with him. We are strongly recommending the nursing home seek another doctor for this on-site service (and they are listening...that tells you something).
