Love seeing Dr. Cox for my yearly exam she is so laid back and down to earth.

I'm only giving one star because the receptionist who checked me in and out was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Dr. Cox immediately came off rude and arrogant. She kept arguing with me telling me that there was nothing wrong with me and that what several previous doctors diagnosed me with was inaccurate. She made me feel like everything I was telling her, about how I've been feeling and what I've been going through was not a big deal and it was just something I would have to endure for the rest of my life. She said if I wanted to have an x-ray done to show if there was scar tissue blocking my tubes from being open, which would explain the infertility issues that she would only request for one if I was absolutely sure I wanted to get pregnant right now. She was extremely rude to me and I literally left her office in tears. I've never had a physician treat me the way she did. I will never be returning to see her ever again. She had literally no bedside manner or any compassion for that matter.

Dr. Ingram-Cox, is the Best, I saw her today for my annual OBGYN check-up and she was kind, compassionate, personable and made me feel like I was her only patient! And on top of that, she was very knowledgeable, and provided expert care to me. I want to say Thank-you.
