List of Holly Hake Harris's Reviews
Dr. Harris is excellent with cosmetic injections. I have always been pleased with the results of her ability to make me look younger.
On Friday March 13th, 2020 I was honored and blessed to have Doctor Harris remove a Squamos cell carcinoma "growth" in the middle of my chest. From the receptionist to the attending nurses my experience was outstanding. Holly did a very great job of making me feel comfortable and in good hands. I would highly recommend her to anyone who may need similar cancer surgery.
Satisfied patient of Dr. Harris & Regina NP for years...now, nurse practioner didn't even sit down, did not listen at all & prescribed the same medication my family dr had prescribed that didn't work. Will never make an appointment wit her again;will wait for the dr.
I had the Mohs surgery done on my nose a couple of years ago. The surgery went well and healed fine. My daughter and daughter-in-law both have had the surgery done in close proximity to the area mine was and not as extensive. Both doctors had a plastic surgeon there to fix and repair the site. I’m upset that I was not offered the option, as I didn’t know this was done. I basically had the end of my nose sliced off which is quite noticeable and their procedures look great and are hardly noticeable.
I had a prescription set after seeing the previous dermatologist. She has since left this clinic and I needed my prescription okayed by my pharmacist to get another refill since I didn’t order more in time. I was told I would have to come in and see the new doctor for an appointment to get my prescription. Not sure why I should have to come in and pay a specialist just for the formality of getting a diagnosis yet again. I shouldn’t be burdened with time and more money because they had a doctor leave.
Dr. Harris is knowledgeable, thorough and friendly.
Not Impressed with the Staff controlling Appointments at the front desk! My Daughter was scheduled a consultation and when she arrived the girl at the desk told her that they tried calling her mothers phone several times the same morning and couldn’t reach me. That was a Complete Lie! I Never received any missed phone calls from them. Now she had to wait and reschedule for another time trying to work around her own work schedule and this appointment was already set three weeks in ADVANCE! I You certainly don’t tell someone you have to reschedule their appointment after they have ARRIVED WHEN THE Dr. is still there in the office which we clearly seen !! 😡
Imagine someone injecting your face and being in a huge hurry! She got botox in my mouth which doesn't taste very good. I thought because this was the South Bend Clinic, I was sure to get quality medical care but no. This was unacceptable. I tried her twice, NEVER go here!
I had a mole that looked suspicious and I had to ask Dr. Harris to biopsy it. It came back as melanoma. I’ve been a patient for years and go every year for a mole check. When I went back to have the stitches out, the nurse forgot one.
The office staff is extremely incompetent and rude. Do not go here if you plan on sending anything to your insurance company. The only person who answers the phones doesn't even know what a CPT code is and cannot answer any questions regarding their pre-approval process. Pre-approval was sent by regular mail. Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. They do not return calls.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
