The staff here are rude and totally unprofessional. Talking over people on the phone instead of listening to them before speaking, and not a single thing came out of their mouth but excuses. The patients going there should be seen as people and not just case numbers- they have been screwing around my grandpa's diabetes medicine for over a month and have the gall to blame Walgreens and saying they left a message on the voice-mail that his LANDLINE PHONE does NOT have. Negligent and uncaring- I'd recommend any other endocrinologist than this dude.

He told me that he knew exactly what was causing my symptoms and health problems. He said he would fix it no problem. He also said he would put me on a medication while waiting for certain test results because he already knew the medicine would help me. A week later his office called to cancel all of our upcoming appointments with him. Suddenly he had decided the medicine would not help me and he couldn’t treat me. When asked to set up an appointment to discuss what changed, he refused.

Strictly a numbers guy for thyroid, not caring how you feel or how your metabolism is working. Appt was a waste of time and energy

I would consider Dr. Cavanaugh and recommend him highly. I waited a long time for my appointment but I'm glad I did.Dr.Cavanaugh was very informative and took time to explain any questions. The reason I waited for an appointment was because he was highly recommended.
