Trying to get them to refill and change prescriptions around is like pulling teeth. They have no urgency with their patients and constantly mess up my prescriptions.

Dr. Falcone is a wonderful doctor. My first visit was difficult as we met during the covid-19 pandemic but she was still very caring and listened to me. She explained how and why she would like to change my medications. I only met 1 other staff person who was also very nice. I was told to have follow up lab work in 4 wks and since I don't live in the S. Bend area they told me I could go to another facility of my choice and they would send the lab requisitions to my home. It has been 4 wks and I have yet to get anything in the mail. I have called there 3 times and have not heard from one single person as to why I have not received the lab requisitions yet. Not sure I like the office staff but Dr. Falcone is better than any other endo I have seen so I will try to overlook their incompetence and hope that it will be better as time goes on.

Visited once so far. Good experience. Learned a lot about my test results, & my hyperthyroid which I have been dealing with for years. As soon as office has lab results (even if only some of the results) they call & give you that news. I had some difficulty with her accent, but only to the extent that I was slow to get it all, I certainly could understand her. She was very thorough & honest.

Physician is excellent. You can expect that she will be very in depth, and concerned for your well being. Excellent follow up. Diagnosis has yet to be determine due to the complexities of my issues, but no doubt she will continue to look for answers. I was put off by the reception staff. On both occasions, they were eating at their desks talking with drug reps and other patients excessively while patients lined up to be checked in. I found their demeanor unprofessional. Dr. Falcone and the nurses that were assisting to be very professional, competent, pleasant and caring.
