I met Dr. Patel for the first time right before my procedure. He came across as being very caring and personable, yet focused on the task at hand. His after the procedure follow-up demeanor was same as it was prior to it. To the best of my knowledge, he did an outstanding job with the procedure. I'm happy I chose him for my medical need.

BEWARE.... REGARDLESS OF HOW GREAT YOUR INSURANCE IS IF PROCEDURE IS ELECTIVE OR PREVENTIVE YOU WILL STILL BE BILLED . MY INSURANCE CALLED (AHEAD. BEFORE )PROCEDURE TO CHECK ON 100 PERCENT COVERAGE. SO NO OUT OF POCKET. LOW AND BEHOLD OUTSTANDING CHARGES BEING BILLED. TAKE NOTICE. REGARDLESS OF INSURANCE YOU WILL BE OUT OF POCKET. ALMOST $100. FOR SOME OF US ELDER THATS A LOT.

I brought my elderly mother in for an endoscopy and upon arrival we were treated by the friendly staff. They were knowledgeable, courteous, And very efficient. The staff answered all our questions and put us at ease. We met with Dr. Patel before and after the procedure. He has a genuine concern for his patients and treated us professionally taking the time to answer our questions. Overall we are very satisfied with the care we have received by Dr. Patel and his entire staff.
