Been waiting over two weeks for them to get approval from insurance company. Called insurance company and office hasn't even contacted them. Dr didn't spend more than 2 minutes in the room. When I called to see what was taking so long the people were rude.

Not a very informative or helpful doctor. He really doesn't seem to care. I know you can't expect them to care about every patient but I've never had a specialist with such an apathetic demeanor. I have to leave work to come to these appointments and don't even get 15 minutes of discussion or an explanation I can understand. Very quick to just walk out and let a nurse deal with you.

Not the best bedside manner but he is an excellent doctor nonetheless. Check his credentials. He's been caring for my trigger thumb and has avoided unnecessary surgery up until now. Unfortunately I'll need to have it done but I trust he'll do a fine job. I'll update my results 👍 (< my thumb 🙂)

Dr. Clarke is an AMAZING Hand surgeon! He repaired my son's crucial injuries from stab wounds that my mentally ill brother caused. Dr. Clarke also repaired my mother's butchered hand surgery from a previous surgeon.Dr. Clarke is kind, soft-spoken, & has excellent beside manner. He explains everything well to the patient & takes time to explain it. He may come across off-standish but he is just reserved. I would have not asked for a better hand surgeon for HE has a gifted hands when it comes to hand surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Sylvan Clarke. He saved my son's hands. Forever grateful...
